Amanda Johns Vaden, a Senior Partner and million-dollar producer for Southwestern Consulting, will share strategies for sales success with executive-level electronic security and life safety professionals at the Electronic Security Association’s 2018 Leadership Summit, February 12-15, in Savannah, Ga.

Vaden is one of many experts from outside of the industry that will take the Leadership Summit stage to encourage a new perspective. Vaden’s expertise comes from years of experience in sales consulting and coaching. She still actively works in these areas with clients that have included: Bridgestone, Wells Fargo, AFLAC, Verizon Cellular Sales, and DIRECTV. At Southwestern, she stresses creating systems to increase performance.

“I am very excited to speak with the industry about exceeding expectations,” says Vaden. “Today’s customer has a lot of security options. We’re going to talk about how you make a difference – both with customers and your internal team – to become the go-to outlet for electronic security and life safety.”

On the Leadership Summit stage, February 14, Vaden will share her presentation titled “And Then Some: The Art of Exceeding Expectations” with owners and executives who are focused on growth.

This leader-oriented session will teach industry pros how to meet and exceed customer expectations by being aware of the psychology of customer loyalty and understanding how having four different generations in the workplace complicates communication.

She will also teach a follow-up seminar that day, titled “Servant Selling.”

Vaden will reveal best practices that studies and statistics support on retaining clients, getting new clients and getting repeat business.
